Sophie Ann uses her lived experience with her own mental health to fuel insightful but pointed lyrics and melody in every collaboration. She's been fortunate to work with prominent writers, producers, and publishing houses in the industry including Rollo Spreckley (BTS, Ava Max, Noah Cyrus), Mike Campbell (Christina Aguilera, Daya, AGBW), Wesley Stromberg (Emblem3), Lyric House, and many more. Her self-written solo project album debuted on Billboard, including her single “Read My Mind”, which ascended to Top 3 on the Radio Disney. Sophie's follow up release, "Fall For You", was written up by CELEBSECRETS and is getting a lot of ears across streaming platforms, placing on Spotify's "Fresh & Chill" and Apple Music's "Relationship Goals" playlists, becoming her most streamed song so far with over 350k streams. Her most recent single, "Masochist", is now out on all platforms and was premiered by American Songwriter.
Sophie Ann can equally write by herself and a piano, as well as in a collaborative room, propelling sessions to new melodic heights with her top line abilities, harmonic intuition, and immaculate vocal arrangements. Creating consistently with her fellow pool of LA-based writers, she is in high demand in rooms for both artist pitches and sync. Her songs "Head Over Heels" and "Rinse Repeat" were placed on the show Teen Mom 2 on MTV. She is continuously getting placed throughout this year, with most recent placements on CBS and the MTV show Siesta Key. Her placements receive extensive editorial support from DSPs, with her cut with artists Highlnd and Bloom Line, "Get Your Attention", placed on New Music Friday Norway. The single was also featured on EDM.com's Underground Vibes roundup.
