Konata Small is a South-Florida based rapper, singer, and songwriter whose credits span a variety of outlets, from Showtime, HBO, and CBS, to NFL, UFC, Call of Duty, and Fortnite, respectively.
In 2019, Konata partnered with Fortnite on the mega hit “Ruckus.” The track, which was also used for the game’s Chapter 2 trailer, quickly became one of Epic Games’ biggest releases, reaching ** millions of overall streams to date. “Ruckus” was Shazam’s #1 searched song for several weeks and garnered dozens of Spotify and Apple Music playlist placements. In addition, Diplo, who curates music for the NFL, selected “Ruckus” as his first musical pick for Monday Night Football on ESPN.
In 2021 Konata teamed up with epic artist/ producers such as Zayde Wolfe, Andrew Simple (the Phantoms, Boy Cool) and Hidden Citizens to name a few. His 2021 debut album “Out of My Mind” features some of the hard hitting motivation themes that are lived by the Him. Konata has been featured on XXL, Cheddar News, and Genius, among others and he’s just getting warmed up.
